This module is for anyone with symptoms of mild depression, such as persistent feelings of hopelessness, sadness or regret. We all have those feelings from time to time, but if they are becoming a habit, we begin to build negative neural pathways that are increasingly hard to resist. Clients presenting with mild depression will learn that with patience and stamina they can break free from negative patterns of thought, that they can move on from feelings of helplessness to feelings of empowerment, and put the past behind them. People completing the module are able to stop punishing themselves and begin loving themselves again, understanding that they can’t change the past, but can change its impact on their future. Learning about the innate power of their own minds, they can make permanent changes and look forward to a healthier happier future.
